First a word of warning, if the pc is running older hardware, you're going to have a lot of driver incompatibilities, which you will have to search for kexts to solve.

I first started with Leopard (10.5) on Chameleon bootloader (some vanilla kernel), then I upgraded and now have EFI bootloader, which dual boots Win 7 and Mac OSX Snow Leopard (10.6).

The way belmont said is worth a try, but I doubt a Mac OSX iso is going to work out of the box.
On most hardware, download "OSX86" edition which have custom bootloaders and kernels to get you running on PC. You will have lots of problems, so be prepared to run trial and error on the PC. And save all your data, because if this is your first time and you're relatively inexperienced, there is a strong chance you will lose your data. Be safe.
