No, Jatts are Punjabis only who come from the Hindu, Muslim and Sikh faith.
Jatts are mostly Sikhs and Muslims hailing from Punjab.
Sikh Jatts are found in Eastern Punjab (Indian Punjab) and Muslim Jatts are found in Western Punjab (Pakistan Punjab).
Hindu Jatts aren't called as Jatts, they're called as Jaats.
Because Hindu Jatts are mainly Hindi speaking, so there is a difference in the pronounciation, therefore Hindu Jatts are Jaats.
Jaats are mainly found in Haryana(carved out of Punjab only in 1966), Rajasthan and Delhi.
