Anything in "Discussions" forum is pretty much understood to be serious or vicharan-walian-gallan.
When a discussion is seriously off topic, it should be split from the topic, rather than deleted. Deleting people's opinions is very bad.

tenu ki lagda people will forget these ideas and suggestion? Once u implement these.. pher koyi lorh nahi pehni. Complaints if u want to keep they make sense.
People will only suggest new things.. once they see somethin thats already being implemented pher same repeated ideas and suggestions nahi aune

Fer jo vi gallan te koi vi jor pehnda, ohna nu PJ utte ik topic bana ke sanjha keeta jave tankey sareya nu pata challe ke asin lokan de vichaar sunana chaunde aa, te eh website sareya di sanjhi hai.
good idea and mabye discuss these live also on radio with dj like tobba.. hes got full control of everythin when hes on radio. This way we can also record.
Par I would say having one section only on this similar to pj feedback wala thread. Par lot of people khull ke munn di gal nahi kardi so, as long as u give users indication and acknowledgement of their ideas. i mean every single idea pher ohan nu laggu ga they are playing a part in the operation of this site.

So once srs tag hti hogya topic te, then baki de pj users nu dimaag laah ke ans dena pehnaa.. no jawakan wala kam.. no changing topic. IF any1 derails (SRS) threads on purpose tan ohna nu warning ditti jaawe.
meaning of derail = jehra topic dujjey paase or topic shadke hor koyi vishey te gal karni shuru kardawe..

Help & Suggestions / [NOTED] Suggestion/Complaints topics cleanup!!

Once you guys take the suggestion and make an implementation on that suggestion tan put some kind of stamp at the end of that topic and then lock it so the person who started the thread can feel content ki his "suggestion" was heard and some kind of action was taken.
So i propose
"RESOLVED" or "NOTED"
Admins should make soem kind of statement on the suggestion and once that comment has been filled after 1 week that thread or topic should be cleaned up.
This way this section will be much more organized and sub-admins will see only new topics. I see topics in this section dated monthss from now. Ehna khilara na karo, thori safayi rakho.
Same goes for the Complaints Section. Keep fresh complaints open once the complaint has been resolved .. just put resovled and lock ( i know some of admins have been doin this) but, still there are some complaints threads that are open from agess.. Make it a task to resolve the issue within a week.
