Once you guys take the suggestion and make an implementation on that suggestion tan put some kind of stamp at the end of that topic and then lock it so the person who started the thread can feel content ki his "suggestion" was heard and some kind of action was taken.

So i propose


"RESOLVED" or "NOTED"

Admins should make soem kind of statement on the suggestion and once that comment has been filled after 1 week that thread or topic should be cleaned up.

This way this section will be much more organized and sub-admins will see  only new topics.  I see topics in this section dated monthss from now.  Ehna khilara na karo, thori safayi rakho. 

Same goes for the Complaints Section.  Keep fresh complaints open once the complaint has been resolved .. just put resovled and lock ( i know some of admins have been doin this) but, still there are some complaints threads that are open from agess.. Make it a task to resolve the issue within a week.
