Help needed in Punjabi Translation

Hi, all my Punjabi friends. I'm from outside Punjab and don't know Punjabi. I want your help for verbatim translation of a Punjabi song. Here is the link for the song.

However frivolous it may seem, This song has been dedicated to me by one of my Punjabi friends who refuses to translate it to me himself. So, friends plz plz help me understand the meaning of the song. Please help.
