This depends. Check india's(or wherever you are) qualifications authority. Thy'll tell you if their qualifications are internationally recognised. But yeah good choice, 1 of my good friend's doing bcom as well.

yes u can have gud prospects after finishing ur bachelors in commerce (hons.) from a gud uni.. speacially in banking and insurance sector and most of the time u need to have atleats 2 yrs of experience for MBA....

p.s - i have both these degrees :D
