The Sikh Coalition defends the rights of two Sikh military recruits and are calling on the U.S. Army to end its ban on turbans. The men, both medical professionals in the Army, are being told that they must remove their religiously-mandated turbans and cut their unshorn hair when they report for active duty this July.

how the heck US can do this to US and Obama can do this to US??? i think all punjabi's in LA and every where else in USA should strike.... and let him know how far we can go to get what we deserveee....

i think its a silly qus.. well i want to ask u... tell me why nottt...?? i think they need to read our history " sikh history"  we always gave our heads for our country, even when we were slaves of British's  and still  we were fighting for them. isn't it so amazing all of this we done with turbans on our head. we are nothing without turban... because without turban we r just a ordinary man.. but with turbans we r bubbers ( lion)
