there are many ways to forget about it.

1. try not to remember things keep yourself busy, make new fronds. if you are not use to then make yourself like that.

2. make a goal that everyday u r going to do something new either cooking, reading new things, surfing web, looking cars anything which u are interested.

3.
if you keep thinking about ur past and making a topic related to that then u wont be able to forget.

4 last one every time u learn something new u get lot of confidence and confidence make u smart and strong.

Hamm Well , I believe why you want yo forget the past as it taught us so many lessons :smile:

Mostly I think abt the past and laugh how stupid I was and than I start thinking what future has for me and Yes definitely I am moving forward gracefully toward my shining FUTURE :) :smile:

You only remember what you want, basic psychology of the human mind
The question is what we choose to remember as individuals, how major was the pain levels?
Whatever is extravagant and lavish we cherish it with out souls
Whatever impacts us drastically is something we unconsciously cling to because it's a sense of attachment that gets built, tends to draw us back. You could forget it, but your chemistry makes it hard

I merely would wish to forget all the heartbreaks
Manage the grief of past deaths
and continue life

like alwys mere jawab kuj different hunda .. idk mere sochan da treeka hi ehi aa shyaad :idk: .. main har gal nu kuj different level te dekhdi aa .. kuj lok adat toi majboor hunde u know .. es layi mainu kehna main keh hi deni aa :pagel:
