Hmm..I agree. Plus what Lord Shiva did is called Tandav. His angry dance or something. It's quite different from bhangra.
But I guess things evolve.
Sometimes it's funny we can connect stuff to other stuff so far back. Like we can connect every human/race down to Africa, where the homo sapien species started. (Just another view to add to your discussion about the start of Bhangra.) I have no doubt that the Bhangra that Shiva may have done is much much different than the Bhangra that we know and love. I'm not trying to take anything away from Shiva, but just bringing about some views as to how I see this.
I completely agree with u guys I was just trying go in the depth...As the posts talks abt roots of history.. This is just linking with old stuff..Rest what u guys r talking that is modern history I am trying to post about that too..Bhangra is the most energetic dance that is performed with full zest, energy and enthusiasm.

Ferndale resident Ginger McGuire, 36, said she was stuck inside the plane on the tarmac for four hours just after midnight Tuesday morning.
McGuire was flying from Dulles International Airport in Washington, D.C., and arrived at Philadelphia International Airport before 12:30 a.m.
She fell asleep during the flight and said she was found by a cleaning crew who called federal officers for fear of security breach just before 4 a.m.
"I just woke up and I grabbed my phone and looked at my phone and thought 'oh my God' it's 3 o'clock in the morning and I got up and there's nobody on the plane," McGuire said.
McGuire said she was questioned by the officers for several hours before being released.
"Waking up to an empty airplane and not being able to get out was horrifying. I know that's a dramatic word, but it was a little much," McGuire said.
She is being represented by high-profile Michigan attorney Geoffrey Fieger.
Is it genuine to sue Airlines for this reason? What ur opinion frdz??

 The political heat may be on between India and Pakistan but on the sidelines a one-and-a-half-year-old Pakistan boy has been saved by Indian doctors, partly by medical expertise and also probably because of the same genetic roots of both the countries!
The 18-month-old Shaheel suffered from a genetic defect called HLH -- "Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis" a hyperactive immune system that was killing his own body cells. The only cure was a stem cell transplant. While doctors in Pakistan could not find any, he was lucky to find two matched donors in India.
The baby was in immediate need of a bone marrow transplant. But since he did not have any siblings and had no donor in the family who matched his profile, doctors approached the Reliance Cord Bank in Mumbai.
Two cord blood units matching his profile were procured from the bank. Cord blood is obtained from the umbilical cord of a newborn and is used to treat various blood-related and genetic disorders, as it contains stem cells.
It took Rs 2.5 lakh to procure each cord blood unit, and the entire procedure cost the family Rs 17 lakh. In the United States, the same procedure will cost around Rs 2.5 crore.
