GA- General Anesthesia

I think any surgery which is not performed under GA cud be self performed but not organ transplantation..
As far as i know.. all transplantations r done under GA.. I guess..

Yeah, there is possibility.. Our body system is like electrical system.. so it cud happen even after no vital signs
 U know there r two kinds of death.. CLINICAL DEATH and BIOLOGICAL DEATH.. So When Doctors declare death its kind of Clinical Death means Heart stop beating n no more Vital Signs.. But Biological Death occurs when oxygen supply to brain is stopped n Irreversible changes occur in brain..
So She might have survived the death at this time.. But i think once blood supply to brain has been stopped its not possible to revive it..
Baki Some experts recommended Brain Scans before physician declare death.. But i dont think this in practice..
