well, I use Vaseline Aloe fresh as body lotion..and for face.. i use Ponds cold cream.. massage karke fer face wash kar leni aa.. emi theek rehndi skin kade koyee khaas problem nai ayee...
Vase i try to avoid using hot water for face wash n shower.. that helps..

But i really believe in Time management.. mera mostly weekdays da sara kum mere schedule de according hunda n still sometimes write on paper my time table otherwise i make that in my mind.. n it really helps.. i like everything to be planned..u feel more comfortable and it reduces stress. except weekends..Weekends teh mera sab kujh disturb hunda schedule as well as mind :hehe:

Nice Post.. Turban is Sikh's unique identity and a gift given by our 10th master Guru Gobind Singhji..
not just on religious basis but uncut hair and covering those hair with turban has scientific significance too..
and if u don't wear turban doesn't mean that u r not Sikh.. this is your relationships to Sikhi and to the Guru are your own,and not wearing turban doesn't change it and many people have found spiritual contentment thru Sikhi without wearing a turban too.. So, this is one thing that gives u unique identity as Sikh or KHALSA..

Good one.. I do believe in Time Management, especially when i was in school.. n I used to make my timetable on paper for whole day.. I learnt that from my mom.. When i was little she used to make for me.. n its really effective.. Well, i am not so disciplined these dayz..i need to get into same routine again..:)
