Jatt Mullanpuria is a recent addition to the PJ Family and a welcomed one. He has quickly become a respected user with his in depth knowledge of health and fitness.
Jatt Mullanpuria has been promoted to Local Mod for our health/fitness section.
Mullanpuria continues to provide excellent advice and is always taking new initiatives in order to make PJ even better than it is. HE also provides extensive feedback for anyone looking for advice on our various Radio shows.
Thank you for trying to make us fit and continue to provide us with some much needed advice.

jinne wi admins hege, sub admins. ohna di dihari lagwayo.. kinne sections khali paye a no1 monitors them and ah request of the day video wala section.. same vid payi a pichle 7 dinnaa di koyi admin ne nahi notice kitti.. untill i notified them kal or parson
radio di feedback.. thers only 2 admins jehre radio setup karde lokan da and they are both very busy, ek tan always garam and stressed rehandi a.
There needs to backup for every option.. je ek banda admin urgya.. then PJ da tan raam naam satya hojana.. ehdan backups rakho ki if one branch falls off tan dujji branch can handle the load and continue supporting the tree " PJ".

I noticed bhot jaade admins on this site rall milke nahi rehande.. matlab they dont communicate well with other admins. Lokan nu weaknesses or tereyraaan naa dikhayo, otherwise u will not succeed. PJ family of admins nu ek duje de differences samajhne chahide ne and resolve karni chahidyan ne problem rall milke.. aha terreyraan normal users nu nahi dikhniyan chahidiyaan.
YOu guys need to be united, je koyi kam da banda thonu disda, notice his hard work and precense.. or je koyi user kehanda i help this website in a positive way... ask them what can they bring to the table that will help improve this site.
There are good admins and users here aswell jehre help but, more admins/sub admins need to interact with normal users.
Last gal, leadership is needed.. too much of politics ethe dekhan nu mildi a .. admins are too formal.. koyi banda or user wont listen to you je tusi wadha chara ke bolo ge.
You need to bring urself to a more common level jidhan appan dostan vich rehne a.. ek duje naal dost are equal status te treatment dawo.

on serious note haan yaar kids need all the good nutrition at young age.. its the best way to have them grow and evolve properlly.. because odon they are growing up and their body functions are growing slowing.. its those foods they are eatingg will determine how strong and healthy they will become in t he future.. and pretty much it will dictate their lifesytle and lifespan.
