80-Year-Old Man Rips Mask Off Robber

Police have dubbed a gunman, caught on surveillance, as the "Kiss" robber, similar in looks to the rock band Kiss.

But those who've seen him first-hand, describe him as a scary-looking clown.

That wasn't enough to scare 80-year-old Baldev Singh, a retired cop, when the robber hit the family's convenience store last weekend.

"Yes, I am a policeman in Punjabi, India," Singh said.

The suspect popped off one shot, but it didn't hit anyone.


Looking down the barrel of the gun, didn't scare Baldev Singh, who instead took action, and ripped the mask right off the robber's face.

Cops want this guy bad. He's already robbed two other businesses last week, and fired three rounds.

Police have not yet identified a suspect. But they're going to pull DNA from the suspect's mask and hope to eventually find a match.

Singh was relieved his family wasn't hurt during the melee.

"I am very happy," he added.
