first it all Go in Forum it say left hand on top.... then decide wat kinda stuff u want post. then go to tht section Like Shayar, Fun Time, Bhangra Video,
just go where u want post the stuff.. then u will see right hand side on top "New Topic" just Click there...
Tht's how u can start new topic...

If u Need any more help just let me kno..
