- Different cause Mods act weak and lock the topics and User cant lock the topic.. And here is the division as rather than coming to a mutal common grounds - the topic is locked on Users face. Who start this division, Mod/admins as they took the action to lock it. - They have the power they should control the topic, rather than locking it
 
- Different cause mods just reply to one query for the name sake.... and rather than giving a satisfing reply - which is mutal agreements between both parties... Impose more of a one sided reply. - Example new rules added and a concent of users are not asked if they agree or not.. Same goes in complaints. Mod/admin just reply once and they think they done... Doesnt matter if the user has reached the agreement with that decision or not - Imposing won't work!!
 
- Different cause a complain is there for more than 2 days and Admin doesn't reply. And all the mods keep on pointing fingers, Ke let admin reply - oh decide karan ge... both the admins log in and they dont care to reply - User kehra bacha aa.. he/she is a grown up man/woman, most in early or mid 20's..... Treat them likewise, rather than kids, and you wont have an issue.- if you too busy, divide your duties with other.. evve jawak thore aa janta
 
- Different cause Mods assume that a person with less number of post is "stupid" and a person with more number of post is a "spammer". So who is the normal person - Mod/admin himself?

- Different cause half of the staff has the behaviour of - I dont care... I come here to enjoy.. If that the case give up ur powers.. just be a normal user and do the fun. - Only 10-20% of staff is repling to queries, why other cant think or dont have an opion?

Uddan vi mods di ethe koyi value hai ni, apparently they don't do anything right. So, there is no point of any mod staying active. Jado kise ne kuch appreciate hi ni karna, pher kise nu kuch karan di vi lodd nahi. Ajj tak mae kise nu ni dekheya ke onhe kise mod nu positive nazar toh dekheya hove, that includes GS too. Jado ohi mod regular user si ta bahut changey si, te jado mod ban gaye, apparently, they're nothing and they don't know how to do anything right. So, I would say demote all the mods jad janta nu onha di koyi madad hi nahi te madad di lodd hi nahi, pher onha de mod rehan da point vi ki aa?
