What is the deal? Is it only set to be active a certain time of the day? 
 
How is this exactly working? Are a bunch of messages after being submitted are then randomnly selected. Or when a user signs in, the user randomnly gets selected to post a message?
 
Either way, after being selected, others shouldn't have access to it, so there would be no need of the "message failed" error.

Deal: It restarts each night at midnight (Coordinated Universal Time).
Working: Starts giving random numbers to each person, until one online user browsing the front page wins.
Error: I don't think the error is still happening, if it is, please let me know. That error was fixed.

I definitely need a better algorithm.

I just made a rule that the same person will not get to set the Message of the Day two days in a row.

Dilraj Kaur di koi galti ni ke ohnu server puchda rehnda message layi. Galti meri coding vich hai, jehdi hauli hauli theek hojayu.

main vi gs nu poshia si ke eh msg da ki chakar aa te una ne dasia ke eh random aa kise di vi wari aa sakdi aa.. tera ki kasoor nai haiga.. jina cher teno milda tu msg pa i love to read ur msg..
