Just wanted to clarify,

We don't necessarily promote users to mod positions based on number of posts, but the quality of work they give to PJ. Example, a user can increase number of posts by posting smilies in the topic - I don't see, how this contributes to PJ in a positive way. When I see a user intitiating discussion topics, topics that involve PJ users as a group, offer anything to improve PJ - that's when I see a need for promotion.
