Why?

According to science theories, and whoever believes in big bang, hydrogen was created moments after big bang. Same goes for lot of other elements. It's the same hydrogen in my body along with other elements created billions of​ years ago, should definite my age in billions of years, why is my age defined by two digits, why this discrepancy? Somebody explain!

You have the answer within the question itself.
Talking at the very basic level, the age of the elements and compounds has nothing to do with your existence. The point is, how long has it been since the elements and compounds brought about your physical existence as an individual (will not use the word 'conscience' here 'cause it will just deviate the topic to another direction), hence this is where the two digit number determines the age for an individual.

Beautiful :ok: big bang if it happened, created the universe. And the point at which elements and compounds made my physical existence.
Say something about the first cell and first breath and everything in between.
