ahhaha that guy is funny realy. n ya half of the time call centre people are unable to understand what actually is the problem.. i told them that i got n95 and the sound button is not working and she asked me to take out the battery and turn it on.I Said. .thank you.. I cannot take your advice its silly! hahha
