Govt is gnna keep it cus u kno hw much money they make from selling instant food products.....thy dnt care abt ur health...if they did ciggz woulda been banned long time ago. Alcohol wld have been prohibited. Health dept ale zeher nu vi allow krde u kno how many foods r bad for u. Dsdi meh thonu sab nu. Every toxic food item has a certain capacity vi agar ehto ghatt aa ta allow krde. So even tho if its BAD for u ..they allow it kioki its not in a high dose.

Vegetable oils-This includes soybean oil, canola oil, grapeseed oiland numerous others.
Processed low fat or fat free foods
Diet drinks
Whole wheat....only eat 100% whole grain bread if u want
Milk ...i know shocker right....instead drink almond milk. The stuff they add in milk robs ur bones of calcium...dsnt do anything to help u.

Anything that has saturated fats in ingredients

Apna dimag use kro real foooddd dsnt need to have ingredients in it....sugar da example lelo....sugar ta simple aa why does it have so much added...

Real food is the only ingredient. Agar piche wadi sari list howe. Dnt buy it. Fruits veggies jyada khao!
