Its for your own benefit to follow some of the following guidelines:

-Please do no share your personal information such as your home address,phone numbers or anything that breaches your privacy policy on this website.

-Please do no exchange your usernames and passwords for the user account on Punjabijanta. If found guilty of doing such thing may lead to demote/ban user accounts.

-Please do not share someone's contact number with third person either on chat or comment on anyone's profile.

-Please hide your email from your Profile information to prevent spammers.

-Please do not trust random users. Any information given to them may get you into a serious trouble later on.

Some people on PunjabiJanta exchange personal information.Situations may arise in future regarding this, In this case Punjabijanta staff will not be able to help you in resolving any of these formal complaints made by the users. Please be very mindful while sharing any sensitive information.

Imo, your email should be hidden because that is personal info. indeed. Why is there an option of showing your email in public if you guys are saying it's supposed to be hidden? Just wondering. Common sense really. But then again, some people don't mind if it's shown to public.

There is a option when you make a new account to hide it. Some people don't wana do it. If you have a facebook account its similar in there too.
