Mostly its COSTUMER satisfaction - not employee.
Employee is already considered satisfied - as soon as he is hired, cause you negotiate your contract keeping job responsibilities in mind

Customer statisfaction is number one priority for any bussiness because they give you repeated bussiness and if they give you repeated business your sales figure will go up. If your sales go up you wouldn't mind giving a raise to your employees

Golden rule for customer service: customer is always right. Never ever argue with customer.

I use to get so many customer complaints but after posting that rule in back room I barely get any
Only once and while

I am talking about blue collar too.

well you are going to sign the contract.. So better be satisfied while signing - Pushing yourself into a job is a sin as you wasting your time and employer time. - My suggestion as soon as you get that feeling you need to find a better job... Getting experience (which everyone needs) in any job is fine.. But doing any job (for a long term) that don't interest you is a Sin - You just lying to your self ... sooner you admit the truth, better position you be in.

- Never consider a labor job a bad job - In the end of the day ... Its the labor force that make money for the company - they will get the product manufactured and that will be sold to the consumers ... Blue collar are the support people. - One reason you see employers are demanding multitasking people - so that they can get 2-3 managers job from one manager. - Cost cutting
