1. I really don't see any French talking going on here.
2. Inadequate decision from the admin, as both users IceColdRider and shooo swore, equally required the punishment.

ohne mainu ignore te paya hoya..te odo oh andar baar kari jandi c repeatedly jaanke...
Main ohnu invite wich akhya, ke ja ta mainu un-ignore karde, ja eh andar baar karna bandh kar..mainu irritation hoyi jandi c..
Main chat kar reha te baar baar ohda ignore da alert aayi janda, agla banda irritate ta houga hi...
Ohne reply ch mainu gaal kadi..she said "you bastard"..where as I didn't use a single abusive word but my way of telling was however firm but not abusive..
Because of this I wrote back using the same kinda language she used for me..
I'm sure she must have given you a copy paste of my part of the msgs but not hers..she equally used an abusive language..
The main thing is she shouldn't have used an abusive language in the first place..that conversation wouldn't have been dragged further if she had control over her words...

1. Your defense, as user Ratanjot had you placed on Ignore, upon entering and leaving of her chat made it less enjoyable for you secondary to the repetition of the Ignore Message. Your rationale is valid.
2. However, handling of it was not. Swearing on the site, regardless of the reason (who started or who didn't) can't be justified. As such, the ban was valid. You equally have the right to complaint about a user who is misbehaving.
3. Ratanjot, you can't call someone a "bastard" and expect a respectable response back. Based on this, I can't justify your statment. As such, consider this as a warning on yourself as well.
 
 

Your mistake :

How can you ban me right after giving me the first warning ?
You can ban only after the third warning is dishonoured.
And also warning a user without closely looking into the matter and knowing the sitaution is illegible in my opion.

 
1.You were banned after giving a warning for an earlier complaint.
2. If you've been warned once, multiple warnings shouldn't be required. Simply, because it makes no sense.
 

Conclusion :

Explaing the whole thing above, I want to tell that I do not desreve being banned like this for nothing.Atleast you should have talked to me before making such a ban(admin ban).Copy paste of chat is not an evidence enough to prove the mistake of a person because mostly people do not copy paste their own part to the fullest and there it makes the other person look like the culprit.

One small suggestion to you :

I believe this system of banning users dosen't make any sense, because the banned user will make a new id and then fight with those people who had complained about them.Then you'll ban the new id and again he or she will make a new id, and there will not be an end to this.Over all the complaining party will have a negative image created in the mind of the banned user.

Instead you should concentrate on solving the problem.
You should have a system where the disputed users are face to face in front of the admin and have the issue discussed.The disputed users shouldn't have the access to the chat or forum unless the matter is solved and the issue should not crop up again.
In short there should be a judging system here in you site, I feel now.
This stupid concept of banning people without any proper knowledge of the whole situation is just foolish in my perception.

I suggest you should have something like what I recommended above.

I like the above suggestions, however, not ideal for resolving matters on a website. As, users loging from different time zones, it's difficult to gather such users/mods at the same time for a discussion on a given complaint. As such quick actionis required. It doesn't make sense to take action/ban on a matter that happened 10 days earlier.
