each versions of iPhones have their unique sim card , you cant use other sim card on iPhone , anywhy did u try to take out sim from iphone and put it back , u might mistake position of sim , or switch it of one time and on it again conecting it to iTunes , there you will find instructions how to unlock your iPhone , also go u a store because its exist risk that your sim card was damaged and cant conect it through your phone

Resolution

If you are attempting to activate via iTunes, disconnect the USB cable from your device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off your device by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears. Slide the slider and wait for the device to turn off.
If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
Continue holding the Home button until you the "Connect to iTunes" screen appears. When this screen appears, release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see a "recovery mode" alert.
