ਸੌਖੀ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਦੀ ਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਨਹੀ,ਸੌਖੀ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਦੀ ਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ,
ਅਸੀਂ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਰੁਲ ਗਏ,.ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਬੋਲ ਕੇ ਰਾਜ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ,
ਅਸੀਂ ਲਿੱਖ-ਲਿੱਖ ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਰਹੇ, ਉਹ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪੜੇ ਹੀ ਤੀਲੀ ਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਰਹੇ.,
ਇਸੇ ਉਮੀਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੰਘ ਗਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਸਾਡੀ,.ਉਹ ਰੁੱਸਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਨਾਉਂਦੇ ਰਹੇ,
ਚੰਨ-ਤਾਰਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੀ ਸਾਂਝ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ,.ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਰੁਵਾ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ,
ਰਾਤੀਂ ਅੱਖੀਆਂ ਚ ਨੀਂਦ ਤਾਂ ਆਵੇ ਨਾ""Menoਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਦੇ ਹੰਝੂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ
