Really Sukhmani Sahib di bani is like jewels of peace. Its language is so simple, that by regular readings, its main ideas become clear to the reader. It touches all the problems and sufferings which a man experiences throughout his life.
and its not necessary that u have to complete full path in one day.. je tusi nai kar sakde tah 4, 6 ya 9 ashtpadiya kar lavo and 2-3 din baad v bhog paa sakde ho..but truly bani's recitation affect ur life.. this is my personal experience..halanki mein 2-3 d saal pehla hi regular Sukhmani sahib da path karnia shuru kitta par really friendz i have felt the difference..
  Though i agree that ke tuhade Bani da path karan da ki karonge je tuhade karam hi nai changge par Frdz our actions r directed by thoughts and thoughts r result of ur learning from surrounding environment so Bani vich hi sanu asli sikhia milni aa..
 So meri sare PJ users nu hath jod ke benti aa je kar sakde ho chahe 4, 6 ya 9 ashtpadiyan hi karo par daily jaroor karo and u will feel the difference ..Je koyee v es post toh prerit karke path karna shuru karda tah mera post karna safal ho jaawega..
