Guys - please check below pictures of  9.5/8" casing  which had left Gearhart's ( http://gearhartcompanies.com/) yard following inspection/re-coating for storage, the truck wasn't traveling fast by any means but had to stand on his brakes and give way at the intersection and the pictures tell the rest. Driver luckily was only bruised and in a bit of shock.








Safety  Alerts :

Make sure the casings properly lashed and tied  down to the trailer.
 Make sure all the delivery trailers need to have front (bulk head) and side support.
 


This is my "internal" alert but i m sharing here just for information .. for those  who are driving trailer !!
