At the park where I did dwell
i met a guy i love so well
one day a strange girl sat on his knee
and he told her the things he never told me


I ran straight home crying on my bed
not a word to my mother was said
and dad came home later that night
and he searched for me left to right


through my bedroom door he broke
he found me hanging from a rope
he got a knife and cut me down
and on my dress this note was found


dig my grave and dig it deep
of marble stone from head to feet
and at the top please place a dove
to show the world that i died from LOVE.
