this part, depends on the case:p
wether u make the person leave, or the person does leave him/herself.

You won't consider this part when you make some one leave would u?
Comparison takes place only in two similar people you just cant' compare humans.

I know its bad example but that the only thing i can think of:

You cannot compare a Nissan GTR R 35 ( with top speed of 340 KMPH)
to
Mercedes S500 ( high class luxury)

all i mean to say is they both have different features, one may lack something than other and vice versa
