These new users should not qualify to enter a chat. Misbehave and the way they talk seems like they are from some rural tribe.
Just ban these people for few hours and give them warning. Thats the only thing you can do. I wonder if they talk to their parents,and brother sisters like that.

I know few languages
I can understand and speak
Hindi, punjabi,urdu.
And i can speak gujrati little bit and understand perfectly
Haryanvi i can understand too but hard to get that speakin accent
