It's great that we are promoting people on PJ but I have a few objections to this decision taken by Dev.
First of all Dev, je koyee user tenu kahe mai mod ban'na? Te appa nu ki karna chaida bas bana dena chaida? Fer baaki saray users nu kyon nahi banaonde jehre puchde ne? Tuhanu fairly decision lehna chaida, matlab dusreya di input lehke.
Second of all, Dev veere tussi kaday chat wich hunde haige? I don't think you are fully informed to make a decision on chat mods. Other things definately but not chat mods.
Thirdly, there are lots of users that are way more qualified than Raman to be a chat mod. Raman practically har ek admin/mod nu request kar chukeya mod banan di. Tussi dasso haje tak ohdi request pending kyon haigi? Because I as well as other admins do not feel he is fit to be a chat mod. Why do I think he's not fit? I spend a lot of time in chat and I can see his behaviour. He questions other mods/admins decisions without any solid proof.
As far as him giving Ji company in chat, I hardly think that is a reason to promote someone, so someone else can have company.
Ajj kal complaints bahut ghat ne, matlab jehre mods haige ne oh sufficient ne. I don't think at this time there's a requirement for other mods.
I didn't know about these things I don't go to chat either.Sorry but thats true

Agreed with above two requests by Dev veer
Quality is what we need. Make sure you keep the BAN option as your last option. and Try to solve the issue with friendship and love. Banning doesn't resolve the issue as the member is going to come again with new login and then you might end up having abusive language and believe me you don't want that.

yeah i know but my friends always say this thing .. recently we were looking cars on gumtree and there was one BMW X5 for 12000 AU dollars . ( normally goes for 40,000). i showed it to jon .he goes Nigerian scam again !! hahhaha
