Awesome post
After reading this we just learnt how to be human again.
Busy life, work and schedule has made us so much frustrated that we have control over nothing. Above example is the best way to explain how you could have reacted. Being harsh won't solve what just happened, but if you try to teach something with bit of politness and affection , it might not happen again.
