The design study concept is inspired by supercar levels of performance through low weight and a high-performance, electrically driven fuel cell powertrain.     “The Honda FC Sport explores how to satisfy automotive performance enthusiasts in a world beyond petroleum,” said Dan Bonawitz, vice president of American Honda Motor Co., Inc. “People who love sports cars will still have a reason to love in a hydrogen-powered future.” The high-output Honda fuel cell powertrain and a sleek, aerodynamic body contribute to the vehicle’s performance potential. A modular approach to fuel cell component packaging and the electric drivetrain contribute to the FC Sport’s low center of gravity with the majority of vehicle mass distributed between the axles, creating the balanced weight distribution sought after in sports cars.

Porsche Supercar Concept     The Porsche supercar concept from designer Emil Baddal shows the designer’s vision of what a future supercar from Porsche may look like. The designer has a number of interesting concepts, and the Porsche is the latest to come along. There’s no information on the power or drivetrain of the concept, perhaps because this was a freestyle design exercise.

Lamborghini Alcaldes Concept: Round 2 We saw the interesting Lamborghini Alcalde concept back in September, and now it’s time to feast upon new renderings of the concept from designer Aron Mihai. Design inspiration from the concept comes from paper folding technique, where one hand converts a two dimensional space into three dimensions, while the other hand ensures stiffness in the direction of the folds. And the designer has been able to do that, while keeping on with the design language of Lamborghini.    Aron sees the car being placed between the Gallardo and Murcielago, and getting its power from a V10. Top speed for the concept would be 313 kmph, all that of course depends on the car ever being built. The concept’s name follows Lamborghini’s tradition and is named after a famous corrida bull. The V8 powered Cosmos 4RWF and 2RWF motorcycles    The custom V8-powered motorcycles you see here are the brainchild of Amadeu Ferreira Junior. Produced by Amadeu’s Cosmos Muscle Bike Company, both motorcycles come with a fuel injected 350 cubic inch engine for some serious power, and quite possibly, overkill. The 2RWF looks more like a traditional motorcycle, which means that this one has two wheels unlike its 4RWF sibling which moves on four wheels. Both motorcycles have three gears plus reverse transmission, and will be built in limited numbers. The 2RWF will cost $82100, while the 4RWF costs $93200. Cosmos says each of the finishedmotorcycles will be numbered and “linked” to the owner’s identity.

Prototype (stylized as [PROTOTYPE]) is a sandbox-style action game developed by Radical Entertainment. The game was released in North America on June 9, 2009, and in southwestern parts of North America as well as Oceania on June 10, and was released in Europe on June 12.      The game is set in New York City as a virus infects people and the military attempts to put an end to it. The protagonist of the story is named Alex Mercer, who has enemy-absorbing and shapeshifting powers. He can take memories, experiences, biomass and physical forms of enemies through absorption. Honda CR-Z 2009-10 Stylish hybrid coupe will arrive in North America in 2010 as 2-seat model Honda debuted the much-anticipated CR-Z Concept 2009, the second concept version of the stylish, sporty hybrid coupe, at the 41st Tokyo Motor Show. 5% TAX ON FOREIGN INCOME FOR NRI STARTING 2009 -10 Government of India today announced imposition of a flat 5% tax on all NRIs over their world-wide income. Income that is already taxed in India has been kept out of the purview to avoid double taxation. No double taxation benefits would be available for this 5% tax, meaning even if you are paying tax on your income in a country with which India has double taxation agreement, the benefit would not be allowed against this 5% tax. All those Indians who are holding Indian Passports and have been out of the country for more than 180 days during the year are under this requirement. Income proof would have to be submitted in form of employer certificates, foreign tax filings etc. Indian government is also coordinating with Australia , Europe, America , UAE and other countries on collecting Income data for its citizens as part of data sharing initiative on terror prevention measures. This has been hailed as bringing in compulsory participation in development of India from Non resident Indians.. This means NRIs can no more just continue to retain their Indian citizenship without paying taxes in India . Though it may not be favorable in view of the NRIs who already bring substantial forex in form of remittances and Investments. This is bound to cause a lot of heart burn for the Indian community residing outside. This is expected to generate ~10 Billion INR tax collection for the government in the year 2009-10... A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.
SON: "Daddy, may I ask you a question?"
DAD: "Yeah sure, what is it?"
SON: "Daddy, how much do you make an hour?"
DAD: "That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?"
SON: "I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?"
DAD: "If you must know, I make $100 an hour."
SON: "Oh! (With his head down).
SON: "Daddy, may I please borrow $50?"
The father was furious.
DAD: "If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I work hard everyday for such this childish behavior."
The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.
The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?
After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think:
Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $ 50 and he really didn't ask for money very often. The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.
DAD: "Are you asleep, son?"
SON: "No daddy, I'm awake".
DAD: "I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier. It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $50 you asked for."
The little boy sat straight up, smiling.
SON: "Oh, thank you daddy!"
Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again. The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father.
DAD: "Why do you want more money if you already have some?"
SON: "Because I didn't have enough, but now I do.
"Daddy, I have $100 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you."
The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness. It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $100 worth of your time with someone you love? If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family and friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than to our family.
