tusi non veg aa so i can tell you roughly what to eat
Breakfast ch : 2 eggs , a toast ( egg wich pa ke kha sakde aa ) Juice in the morning
Lunch to pehla have a fruit / juice
Lunch time - healthy as well . say have a chicken / meat / salads no bread ( jida koi salad bowl le gaye )
Evening ch bahut bukh lagdi aa.. par osto pehla like lunch to 2-3 hours baad have Green tea ( fat ghatundi a)
after uni say 5-6pm nu bukh lagdi.. replace that with a protein powder or fruit / salad
Dinner say 8-9 pm have your normal roti or chawal that you can digest . have a lots of salad with the food. avoid fat wala food.
and then mitha = NO because roti = carbs = sugar

okay so thats the problem is
you can have a controlled diet
mornin toasts = fine ( make sure u consume the whole meal bread not white bread)
whats your toast made of ?
you can consume proteins powder during your lunch time to avoid excess junk food eating
Fruit = okay Milk = okay Dinner late = okay , having said that you should have atleast 1-2 hours of sitting before you goto bed.
when you get a free time before your dinner please do 4-5 minutes abs workout.

mei theek aa and ya i deleted my fb account yaar time hi nahi lagda si like mere kol hun time ghat hunda. so am just relaxing these days
What is you diet normally menu eh dasso.. baki Do's : Eat fruit , yoghurt (curd) ,drink juice (no sugar) ,eggs ( no yelow part) ,red meat ( has more protein) ,dala bhigo ke overnight next day khao .workout to pehla you can have one banana and some milk (shake) , drink milk ,consume green tea ( decreases fat level)
don't : avoid fat , avoid cheese , sugar and avoid breads and rice.
