Kudrat Ji, Gordon Brown had become very unpopular and he could not quite follow the charismatic Tony Blair. The country was also duped into believing that it was ready for a change. Many people in the UK now regret this. It is worth remembering that Cameron didn't actually win the election as it was a Hung Parliament.

It's going to be tough for the young people. I think the world is about to shift. (population) Or the world will have to merge into one giant country. And wipe out the debt. Right now there is more debt than there is currency. So punishing the working class and retired isn't going to help anyone.

its really big hike in tuition fees  from 3,290 GBP to 9,000 GBP. but students protest in form of riots n harming other people is not good.. i think there r many other ways too to solve these kind of issues..
Baki photos r really descriptive..

UK was the first to pull the trigger. US de which Delhi ki hunda... The country is still in denial... Wikileaks started the ball rolling. Not even 1% of the files are released and the world is up in arms. Cable gate has 200,000 more files remaining to be releases and they have the bank release and insurance file to release still.

Seems like we live in a vacuum.

London Tuition Fee Protest

Yesterday, in central London, thousands of students and others gathered to protest as Britain's Parliament met to vote on a proposal to raise university tuition fees significantly - nearly tripling them - as part of a continuing set of austerity programs. During the protest, several clashes took place between police and protesters, resulting in numerous injuries and 43 arrests. Late in the demonstration, a group of protesters attacked the car of Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall as the couple were inside, being driven to the London Palladium. The car was slightly damaged, the royal couple unharmed, though a bit shaken by the incident. Parliament did end up narrowly approving the measure, and the fee increases are set to take effect in 2012. Collected here are images from London last night. (39 photos total)

Oh, and I watched Glee - couldn't stand the singing.

Glee is pretty good.... Think I might just have to go to NY just to watch a broadway show.
