They issued fine and tickets at first place to enforce this.
When a smoker releases smokes,it har carbon monoxide and tar in it which is nt good fo anyone.
Those who dont smoke because of others they are forced to enhale that pooluted air.
Some people dont stop smoking,so for that they made a separate places for smoke.as in restaurants they have a special place wher they can sit n smoke thats oustide not inside the premesis.
any covered place u cant smoke whether its station restaurant or shops.
