1. The wife will be able to find a mature-er guy in an older man. (Qainaat point).
2. In general cultures, the man is expected to be the provider therefore his financial status, he should have a job, a house etc (obviously jinni age howe gi more likely to have this) and the woman is expected to be the mother therefore contributing fertility.
