Milk and Amla face pack for younger looking skin! :excited:
Get: milk powder (1tbsp) - you can use milk too if you want but you'd use less so it's not runny
aloe vera gel (I just get it out the plant)- similar to 1 tbsp
I tbsp amla powder
(Depending on how much you want to make, this is usually enough for me)
Mix them all together.
Wash your face with water, pat dry.
Apply the face pack as you wish, thick or thin layer (you might want to try thin for the first time) over face and neck area.
Leave on for 10-15 minutes, or until it dries.
Wash off with room temperature water or cold (just not hot)
Use a light moisturizer.
You can crush amla also, if you want. If you don't want to use aloe vera (a lot of people get reactions) rose water can also be used.
Benefits of amla are:
- Prevents the skin from aging, since it has vitamins that help produce collagen
- Rich in anti-oxidants which help fight of free radicals as well as delaying premature aging signs
- Tightens the skin, making it firmer.
- Gets rid of fine lines.
