Its wasn't a Math Problem but more common sense!! You have to assume a value for x and Y and then solve the equation to get Z. Good Number for x and Y are multiple of 100 and 66 respectively  :

I had the same issue with my Ipad. I tried number of things, only thing that worked was a hard reset. Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings
Back up your stuff and do a reset.. it has to do with your certificate stuff.
