First find the partition that you want to repair :
#fdisk -l
and then run fsck.ext4
#fsck.ext4 /dev/sdx
Where x is the partition number. If you want to supression confirmation, you can pass -y argument
#fsck.ext4 -y /dev/sdx
Hope that helps
