i really dnt like to warn a team member.  "i will ban u or u ll be banned" it hurts me. its like i am throwing out my bro or sis from my family because of a very stupid reason.

so i can only request u to respect what we are saying to u.  u earned your place on punjabi janta now dont let anybody to point a finger on us for our decision on making u a mod.
