I believe the answer is Baba Buddha Singh Ji. Right now, it's WAY to risky. Unless you have a really high risk tolerance, you will be pulling your hair out. It's not a time for aggressive investments. I only recommend investing for those people that are patient. You can end up making a lot of money in the coming years because stocks that were $50 are no $2. But you need lots of patience and you need to understand that there's a BIG risk that these companies that have dropped to $2 a share will make it out of the mess.
Bankruptcies, foreclosures, job loss rates are climbing each day and I don't think the majority of the public has a sense of how deep the problem is or how long it will last.
