Mostly jehre PJ te aunde kisse na kisse tara di job ja work karde.
Mai kayee vaari kam te bethi sochdi ki meri company wich ehni useless jobs hundiya kayee. So many things can be changed to create more efficiency.
For example:
Saday kam te ek department haiga jehre jidda "VICHOLE' hunde. Bas ohna da ek kam hunda, do sides wich liason ban na. Na oh kuch kam karde na ohna di koyee positive productivity. Sara department chuk do kisse nu pata vi nahi lagguga ki oh department band ho gaya.
Zindagi wich mai bahut eho jahe things notice keete. Zaroori nahi edha job te hee hunda.
Tussi notice keeta kaday edha? Tusi wonder keeta ki edha kyon karde? Appa eh khatam karke eh energy hor kite na laiye?

Lots of ex PJ users and current ones have opened their own sites. We never advertised theirs and this one is no exception.
If it's so great, people will find their way there.
We never advertised PJ on someone else's site and the same respect can be granted to PJ.
