ਰਸਨਾ ਜਾਪੁ ਜਪਉ ਬਨਵਾਰੀ ॥੧॥

Rasna Jaap Japou Banvaari ॥1॥ सूही महला ५ ॥
गुर कै बचनि रिदै धिआनु धारी ॥

ENGLISH TRANSLATION :-
Soohee, Fifth Mehl:
Within my heart, I meditate on the Word of the Guru's
Teachings. With my tongue, I chant the Chant of the
