First Way

Use Window based .. Voice Recorder
All Programs > Accesories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder..

Second Way:
Open Window Movie Maker
Then Tools > Narrate Timeline
Click Start and use your Mic to record.
Save the file ( it will be in Wav Format)

Then Download (By GS)
