1. He's not grinding, he's dancing in joy...
2. When the clip starts, somebody knocks off the guy on the bike, then the sardar runs to help the poor guy out... and the abuser runs away, then the bike guy chases after him...

That's why it's much better than seeing cars/property/people getting abused. Hence, I like the clip.

The baba's just dancing around having fun. Rest of the riot stuff utter bullshit. Vancouver all of a sudden became an embarrassment to the rest of Canada, just like Montreal.
