Cuz if you search on google or something it always shows some cheap products from china and that too useless.

Google wouldn't do such a thing, as this is against their freedom of speech policy. Google wants to index everything it can. But what will happen is that China will block Google from Chinese users and maybe even block it from indexing the sites that it can. This would mean bad for Chinese users (60% use Baidu search engine, and 40% use Google). But all Chinese government cares about is censorship, they want to filter content for the Chinese, and Google doesn't like that.
