Her she was raised like that by her mother or family and now when is her turn to rise her child she do it same as her mother did to her or she saw ,otherwise can't explain her behavior toward her child . It's also be possible this mother of the child suffer from an mental illness and depression cause by her life style and daily stress and got accentuates while being pregnant . Is sad seeing she slap her child . Unfortunate there are many mothers in this world which they rise their kids by using violence and mental DV . Sad  :sad:
