I was wondering something..  When someone belongs to your past,
cos of any reason let's say the person has hurted you a lot,
and then comes back into your life asking you how you are etc..
would you let the person in? and why?

hmm i thnk je koi hurt karda tan oh apna ee hurt karda nd je oh apne kol wapis aaunda ah wapis maafi mangan tan maaf karna chahida ah.. coz rab v apniya kitiyan galtiyan maaf kar dinda.. baki ethe apni apni soch ah ke apa os person nu kida samjhde c past vich  baki galtiyan tan har koi karda ah.. nd oh kehnde hunde ke saver da bhullea sham nu wapis ah jave tan ohnu bhullea ni kehnde.. eh meri soch ah baki loka di apa nu pta ni

Depends on the situation and how things were left. Essentially, time heals everyhting and you become more forgiving. As far as someone returning to your life without apologising for their mistake - if it is bothering you enough, I would rather have a good talk with the person and get it out of the way.

However, there are times, when things are best left alone and just start fresh.

There are jerks jinane mainu life vich bahut pareshaan kitta... I am a pretty forgiving person .. I can forgive and move on, but jedi place hundi aa ohh te kade waapas nahin mildi ... but I can still talk and make a conversation.

But there is one person ... watsoever happens ... world turns around or comes to an end .. I still will never forgive that person. but yes when they come back in my life and just say hello I do say hello and ignore that person as thin air after that.

When I am pissed .. I really am ... but still I don't forget the basic human courtesy.

The major compoent in situations like these is trust, because yout trust has been violated you simply can't just forget what happened or else the same thing might happen again. There’s a saying that unless we remember history we will be condemned to repeat it. So let’s face it—even though you might forgive a person who has betrayed your trust, your trust in that person has been crushed. Trust can be repaired only by time through a gradual process of rebuilding. You have to get to “know” the person all over again. The sad thing is that through what you learn you may have to accept the fact that the other person can never be trusted again. On the other hand, if the other person is truly repentant and wants to make a full confession and do penance, the desire to do so will be all thats necessary to nourish a new growth of trust between the two of you. :/
