My thinking about all stuff is,it is quite possible to achieve immortality in various ways. It needs dedication,hardwork and about meditation,it should be consistent. Raising kundalini serpent is difficult and dangerous and if one go alone. For that your physical body should be strong enough because serpent will ascend through all the chakras of your spine and hit into head into sixth chakra and third eye and so forth and it is painful and very much painful if one has fear,weak physical body and lack of trust in himself.
